Can multiple domains be used with the same account?

Yes. A single MailChannels Outbound Filtering account works across all your servers and supports any number of domains.

Does MailChannels have a reseller or partner program?

Yes. Hosting providers can deploy MailChannels Inbound Filtering on cPanel servers and resell it to customers.
The WHMCS module that previously supported a Reseller API has been sunset. There are no current plans to update that integration.

Does MailChannels offer phone support?

Phone support is not available except for customers on a Premium Support plan. To get a timely response, open a support ticket and the 24/7 support team will respond promptly.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. MailChannels offers a 30-day free trial for Outbound Filtering. Contact the sales team to request one. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If MailChannels does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days, contact billing@mailchannels.com for a full refund.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no charge for setup or configuration assistance during onboarding.

How do I cancel my account?

To close your account, email billing@mailchannels.com. Include your Host Console username so the team can locate your account.
