Inbound Filtering is priced per domain per month with volume discounts — the more domains you protect, the lower your cost per domain. You can start with a 30-day free trial before committing to a paid plan.

Pricing

Pricing is calculated per domain per month. Volume tiers mean your cost per domain decreases as the number of protected domains grows. Because pricing depends on your domain volume, MailChannels provides quotes directly rather than publishing a fixed price list. To get a quote, contact MailChannels Sales and let them know how many domains you need to filter.

Free trial

MailChannels offers a 30-day free trial for Inbound Filtering. There is no upfront cost and no obligation to continue. To start a trial, contact the sales team. Once your account is set up, follow the hosting provider setup guide to configure your first domains. MailChannels also provides a satisfaction guarantee: if Inbound Filtering does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, submit a support request to the billing team for a full refund.

Contract terms

MailChannels offers both monthly plans and longer-term contracts:
  • Month-to-month — the default option. You are billed monthly based on the number of domains protected during that billing period.
  • Longer-term contracts — annual or multi-year terms are available and may offer better per-domain rates. Contact sales@mailchannels.com for details.
There is no minimum commitment on the month-to-month plan. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month but will not be charged again after that.
Longer-term contracts may have different cancellation terms. Review your agreement or contact sales@mailchannels.com if you are on a term contract and want to make changes.
