# Sender Profiles
> Use Sender Profiles in MailChannels Outbound Filtering to view per-sender message history, alert notifications, and ham-to-spam ratios.
From **Top Senders** or from **Log Search**, click the 
icon next to a sender to open their **Sender Profile**. A Sender Profile shows every message that sender has submitted, any alert notifications generated for that account, and a graphical ham-to-spam ratio — all in one place.
## Deliverability chart
The top section of a Sender Profile displays a **Deliverability** chart for the selected sender, showing a breakdown of:
* **Delivered** — messages successfully delivered to the recipient.
* **Spam** — messages identified as spam.
* **Rejected** — messages rejected during the SMTP transaction.
* **Sent** — total messages submitted by this sender.
* **Alerts** — the number of monitor alerts triggered for this sender.
The chart is plotted over time and can be viewed by **Hours**, **Days**, or **Weeks** using the selector in the top-right corner. Use the date navigation arrows to move backwards or forwards through the selected time range.
## Alerts and Sender Logs
Below the chart, the profile is split into two tabs:
* **Alerts** — lists any monitor alerts triggered for this sender within the selected timeframe. Use the **All Alerts** dropdown to filter by alert type.
* **Sender Logs** — lists individual messages submitted by this sender, including the timestamp, delivery status, sender address, recipient address, and subject line.
