  <Accordion title="Where is my data stored?">
    All data is stored in the United States. Email messages are queued on US-based infrastructure during filtering. Queuing is typically brief ? only a few seconds in most cases ? but messages may remain queued longer if your downstream mail server is temporarily unavailable.

    If quarantine is enabled for your domain, quarantined messages are stored in the US for up to 7 days before being automatically deleted.

  <Accordion title="Is there a WHMCS module?">
    MailChannels does not currently offer a native WHMCS module. However, you can build your own WHMCS integration using the [Inbound Provisioning API](/inbound/provisioning-api). The API lets you provision and deprovision domains, manage safelists and blocklists, and automate domain configuration ? giving you everything you need to connect MailChannels to WHMCS or any other billing and provisioning platform.

    For questions about API access, contact [support@mailchannels.com](mailto:support@mailchannels.com).
